Something that I thought that I would share. Apparently what you eat can help lower your blood pressure. Never looked at that route before and most of the items on the list, I actually like!

1/2 oz Grand Marnier® orange liqueur
fill with hot coffee
can of whipping cream
If you want to get really fancy, you can rim the coffee cup with a bit of lemon juice and then dip into sugar. I would go easy with the amounts of kahlua and Grand Marnier until you decide on just the right amount. I start with a tablespoon and go from there. You can always add more if required. Top off with coffee and a dollop of whipping cream and you are ready to go.
